™       Email Communications from Estey-Hoover This program is designed to amplify your promotions and drive customers to your business. It will create a community for your current and past customers and provide an avenue for prospective clients to learn more about you. You will be able to quickly know what your customers and prospects are interested in and cater email campaigns to those trends. Database Management   You provide Estey-Hoover (E-H) with your database in an Excel spreadsheet. Estey-Hoover will import this list into its "Emunications"™ email program and segment, if necessary, into audience groups. Estey-Hoover will manage this list, removing opt outs, adding new sign ups and updating as needed. Your database can be segmented into any fields you choose. Estey-Hoover can customize sign up screens, thank you screens, and confirmation emails. Campaigns  Estey-Hoover can create the look of the entire email campaign. Each email will have your logo branding. We can schedule emails to coordinate with your planned promotions and create new specials or other events.  When you provide E-H with specific promotions and related details to include in email, Estey-Hoover will then write/edit  and custom design each email and send it out to the selected  audience group(s). We can create links in the emails to any web page(s) you choose. We can track each link and who clicked it. We suggest linking your logo in each email to your website. Also, we suggest that we include several links related to your specific services or products that will help us track areas of interest. Then we can track who clicked that link. This information can be used to direct future campaigns.  Response   You will have access to response reports for every email campaign by simply logging onto the “Emunications”™ section of the Estey-Hoover website. You can quickly and easily track every campaign response. Each response report will show you who opened it (and when), who clicked on every link of your campaign, and who forwarded it using your campaign's built in send-to-a-friend feature. Each link within an email will be tracked. We can then segment those people who clicked a specific link and add or copy them to a new or existing group. People who receive your emails by forward or through send-to-a-friend feature will have the option to join your list. We will take care of adding them to your database.
